Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of NetSpeed Meter. By installing or using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
License and acceptable use
LOXA LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use NetSpeed Meter for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to Microsoft Store terms where applicable.
You may not misuse the application, bypass licensing controls, distribute unauthorized modified packages, use it to violate law or interfere with networks, or represent yourself as LOXA LLC or AppLoxa.
Network measurements are estimates
NetSpeed Meter calculates speed and usage from byte counters exposed by Windows network adapters. Values are informational estimates, not certified billing or diagnostic measurements. They can include local network traffic, VPN overhead, system services and adapter resets.
Do not rely on the application for emergency systems, regulated metering, contractual service-level verification or decisions where an inaccurate reading could cause harm.
Microsoft Store, Plus and refunds
Microsoft Store controls application distribution, purchase processing, licensing, regional pricing, taxes and available refund procedures. NetSpeed Meter Plus is intended as a durable add-on for the current product, subject to its Store listing.
Purchases are also governed by Microsoft's applicable terms. Contact Microsoft for Store billing or refund requests and contact LOXA LLC for product functionality questions.
Updates and availability
We may provide updates, modify features or discontinue support where reasonably necessary. Features can depend on Windows, Microsoft Store and third-party platform behavior that LOXA LLC does not control.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSpeed Meter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOXA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, profits, business or connectivity arising from use of or inability to use the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Applicable governing law and forum depend on mandatory consumer law and LOXA LLC's governing jurisdiction.
